Now that we’ve all received some much needed positive news on the easing of restrictions, Peak Ambition are excited to bring rugby back to the communities of the Greater Bragg Creek area, continuing the "rucking good time" events and sessions from last Fall. We have vast experience in the wonderful game of rugby, from grassroots all the way through to playing professionally and at senior men's International team level and are passionate about seeing new players introduced to the sport. The community sessions will be non-contact and fully covid compliant, focusing on fun, ball skills, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, evasiveness and agility. Hello everybody, This is a brief introduction to the individuals behind the exciting new rugby concept, Peak Ambition. To begin. Richard Smith is an ex Welsh international, and professional player in the UK. In addition, following his move to Canada he became the director of rugby for the Calgary Canucks. Secondly, Adrian Turner. Adrian was an amateur player in the UK, level 2 coach (RFU/NCCP). Following Adrian’s move to Canada he became a co-founder of Bow Valley Rugby Club in Cochrane, AB. Later becoming president of the club. In addition to rugby, both Richard and Adrian have passions for the outdoors. Trail running, hiking, mountain biking, Ironman, and dog sledding.
