Cameron was born in England where he spent his first 8 years before emigrating to Canada with his family. Throughout his childhood and teenage years, he has spent his time participating in multiple sports which include rugby, football, skiing, snowboarding and even dog sledding.
Since settling in Alberta, Cameron has pursued rugby to a competitive level playing multiple years on the Calgary Mavericks (Southern Alberta representative team) and Alberta Wolfpack Provincial teams, whilst also receiving invitations to age grade national team camps and spending a year playing English league rugby whilst working at a boarding school coaching sport and physical education.
During his sporting career, Cameron has been fortunate enough to train at two excellent facilities from a young age, the Athlete Factory and Winsport’s Performance Training Centre, both in Calgary. His experiences in both of these environments further fuelled his career aspirations in the field of strength and conditioning and he become a functional fitness/CrossFit enthusiast, spent time giving personal coaching at JC6 in Cochrane, Alberta, and engaged in a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning at Setanta College in Ireland.
He has since obtained his World Rugby Level 1 coaching certification, CrossFit Level 1, ISSA CPT/Nutritionist and was Peak Ambitions first Summer Camp Head Coach. Now a 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Marines, Cameron strives to help all individuals achieve their own pursuits in all aspects of life. He believes that everyone can achieve their dreams if they just work hard and enjoy the process.

Conor has attained NCCP level 2 rugby coach accreditation and worked at Winsport Calgary where he loved his role as a Summer Activity Camp Leader.
Conor has achieved a BSC in Strength and Conditioning from Setanta College in the Republic of Ireland . His motivation is to develop future athletes, teaching them about nutrition, progression and facilitating the acquisition of sports specific skills. His desire for development and learning was also recognized by his home club Hornets who awarded Conor with a sports scholarship award.
Conor has also now found himself back in Victoria, BC where he has played for Castaway Wanderers RFC and is presently part of Rugby Canada's senior Strength and Conditioning team. He especially loves this opportunity to work hard in an elite professional rugby environment, training at the National Centre of Excellence with aspirations to further pursue his coaching ambition.
Conor believes hard work, self discipline and commitment pays off but he also stresses" to have fun every step of the way, fun is the main reason we all play sport".
